Your CommerceShip account is where you manage your profile, security settings, and billing.

Profile

Update your name, email, and contact information from your account settings.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

For added security, enable 2FA in your account settings. When enabled, you will need to enter a verification code sent to your phone each time you log in. We recommend enabling 2FA for all accounts, especially those with admin access.

Password

Change your password in account settings. If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to receive a reset email.

API keys

If you need to integrate CommerceShip with other systems, you can generate API keys in your account settings. API keys provide programmatic access to the CommerceShip API.

Billing and subscription

View your current plan, payment methods, and billing history from the billing section. You can manage your subscription and update payment details there.
