Batch processing

Process multiple shipments at once instead of one at a time. Select a group of orders, apply a carrier and service, and generate all labels in a single batch. This significantly reduces manual effort for operations teams handling hundreds of shipments daily.

Manifests

A manifest (also called an end-of-day close) is a summary document submitted to the carrier at the end of the shipping day. It tells the carrier which packages are ready for pickup.

To create a manifest:

1. Go to the manifests page.
2. Select the carrier and date.
3. Review the shipments included.
4. Submit the manifest.

Most carriers require a manifest before pickup. Create one at the end of each shipping day.
